Abbot Justin Brown Elected Abbot President

The General Chapter of the Swiss-American Congregation has elected Abbot Justin Brown of Saint Joseph Abbey, Covington, LA, as the new Abbot President. Abbot Justin has served as Abbot of Saint Joseph Abbey since 2001 and recently announced his retirement from that role. The Congregation offers him its prayers and fraternal support, even as it offers gratitude and best wishes to his predecessor, Abbot Vincent Bataille, as he completes his term.
